Santa In The Pines Deposit Policy

$25 deposit to reserve a session for Santa in the Pines. The remaining $75 balance for the photography session is due on the day of the shoot. Full refunds will be given on cancelations made more than 72hrs in advance of your appointment.  If Nick Luke Photography cancels your session for inclement weather the designated make up day for inclement weather for this shoot is Saturday December 16th 9am-2pm. If Nick Luke Photography cancels your make up session due to inclement weather you can choose between an indoor alternative Santa experience on Dec. 16th or have your deposit refunded.
